Our Warranty Commitment

We build our fixtures to last, and we stand behind them. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered against defects as follows:

  • Finish — Protected against flaking, corrosion, and tarnishing under normal use
  • Mechanical Components — Valves, cartridges, and internal mechanisms
  • Structural Integrity — Leaks or failures due to material defects

What Is Covered

  • Defects in brass construction or casting
  • Failure of ceramic disc valves under normal use
  • Malfunction of touchless or electronic activation components
  • Spot-resistant finish breakdown not caused by abuse

Warranty Period

Coverage applies for the duration of the stated product warranty from the date of original purchase, as indicated on your order confirmation and product documentation.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover issues arising from:

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use
  • Accidental damage, drops, or impacts
  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Hard-water buildup or lack of routine cleaning
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Commercial or outdoor use unless specified

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Clean the Product — Remove mineral deposits and residue per care instructions.
  • Locate Your Order — Have your order number ready.
  • Document the Issue — A photo or short description helps us assist faster.

Filing Your Claim

  1. Reach out through our Contact page with your order details.
  2. Describe the defect and share photos if possible.
  3. Our team will assess and arrange a replacement part or product.
  4. We cover the cost of the covered repair or replacement, including shipping.

Paid Repair for Accidental Damage

If your product is damaged outside of warranty coverage, we offer a paid repair or replacement service at a fair, transparent price. Contact us to discuss options.

Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and to the repair or replacement of the defective product. It is the sole and exclusive remedy, and we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
